1. You can now see RottenTomatoes and IMDB ratings under each movie poster on the Browse page.
2. You can now see what other users have rated different movies and compare them with your own ratings.
3. You can now rate the movies you see on other people’s profiles.

- Users can now upload movie posters and profile pics.
- We fixed the bug where some of the sliders get stuck underneath one another.
- We added functionality to rate movies upon hovering over a movie poster. This clears up some space and makes the Browse Page even simpler.

29 Sep 2008We brought back the newsfeed this week so users now have a way to see recent activity on the site. It’s a convenient way to discover new movies to watch based on what people are actively rating and tagging.
We also have a new top movie watcher on the site who has watched 855 movies and [...]
Is it similar plot elements? Technical details, such as what lighting filter a director chooses? Is it a common character archetype, such as the “anti-hero” or “mad scientist?” The emotions a movie evokes? Length? Simply genre? Actors, writers, directors? All of the above?
Or does it depend on the individual user?
